Our 2025 Bike to the Beach Kick-off Ride

Join us for Bike to the Breweries, an exciting group ride through the DMV, stopping at some of the area’s best breweries—all while raising awareness and support for autism and disabilities. Whether you’re training for Bike to the Beach or just looking for a fun and social ride, this event is for you!
🚴 Ride Details
This casual, no-drop ride follows the scenic W&OD Trail, with multiple route options and stops at some of the best cycling-friendly breweries, including Caboose Brewery, Green Lizard, Bike Lane Brewing, and more.
Ride the full route, start from either Washington, D.C. or Leesburg, or meet us at any brewery along the way—there’s no pressure to complete the entire distance!

🍻 Support a Great Cause
Several of our brewery partners, including Caboose Brewing, will be donating $1 per beer sold to support autism and disABILITIES. Join us for the main celebration at Caboose Brewery at 1:00 PM—or stop by any participating brewery along the route to support the cause throughout the day!
🚴♂️ Ride Options – Start in D.C. or Leesburg (or anywhere in between)
Want to ride with a group? We have two ride options, one departing from Washington Harbor in Georgetown and another from Plum Grove Cyclery in Leesburg. Both groups will meet on the path and celebrate at Caboose Brewery around 1:00 PM.
🛣️ Washington, D.C. Ride Schedule
- 8:30 AM – Depart from Washington Harbor
- 10:00 AM – Arrive at Caboose Brewery (Meet-up option)
- 10:15 AM – Depart Caboose
- 11:30 AM – Arrive at Green Lizard Cycling & Coffee (Meet-up option & Celebration)
- 12:00 PM – Depart Green Lizard
- 1:00 PM – Arrive at Caboose Brewery (Final Celebration 🎉)
🛣️ Leesburg Ride Schedule
- 10:00 AM – Depart from Plum Grove Cyclery
- 11:30 AM – Arrive at Bike Lane Brewing
- 12:00 PM – Depart for Caboose Brewery
- 1:00 PM – Arrive at Caboose Brewery (Final Celebration 🎉)

Take your ride to the next level and join us on June 20th for Bike to the Beach, our fully supported charity ride to Dewey Beach, DE in support of autism and disABILITY nonprofits. Choose from 100, 70, 50, or 25-mile ride options and experience an unforgettable journey with rest stops, SAG support, and a celebration at the finish line.
